Triste = Sad Feliz = Happy Enojado = Angry ....it's in Spanish. This is an abstract painting I did last semester. I also used it for a Spanish project. XD They're all supposed to represent emotions. The blue one is sadness, the yellow one is happiness, and the red one is anger. It's a really big painting. D: Like... 4 times the size of my scanner. Done in watercolor. Art (c) *Mewwea |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Although `DEVlANT joined our community only a year ago, he's made sure to make his mark in as many ways as possible. This is really good, you've used colour and shape to successfully portray the moods, and I like the abstract style of the bodies.
I think the best part is how you've done a similar repetitive, simple pattern as the background, but changed it to reflect each mood...happy kind of bouncing off energetically, anger fuming up non stop, sadness kind off lethargically flowing around and then floating off. Good!!
The only thing is I reckon the contrast of the colour to your background should be slightly different...like your happy is a darker grey than the others? I'd see it as more bright white, and maybe the sad a dark grey?
